Woohoo, my P90X system finally arrived. No it’s not a PlayStation… it’s my extreme home fitness system!
I haven’t lost that much weight yet and I still have love handles. What happened to those prescription meds you could easily order on-line?? I have been searching for them for the past 25 days and no luck. So I guess I will have to do it the hard way. *Sigh* I really dislike doing things the hard way, but I guess that’s the only road to success right now. (if I would have been rich, I probably would have some major renovations done… but hey… for now… this should do)
So.. the game plan:
- VISUALIZE : I have been reading the secret and so far, what I have picked up from it is that you have to visualize. Sooo I have pictures of women who’s body is amazing all stuck through my room and I look at them. I also made a ‘happy thoughts book’ with all my goals and things that make me happy (because it’s hard to think about without the pictures, I might forget something real important… so the book helps me)
- CHANGE MY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD : I stopped smoking a while ago and since then, instead of the ‘once this is finished, I can have a smoke’ it’s ‘once this is finished, I can have this bowl of ice cream/ bag of potatoe crisps/ leftover pasta etc. I use food as a REWARD not as something to feed my body to keep it going. NOTE TO SELF: maybe I should pick up smoking again…
- EXERCISE: Turn of the computer and get my ass off the chair. JUST DO IT
- STICK WITH IT! : I am the first to admit that I have commitment issues, that said. I want that body, so I will get it.
Now, I have ’till August 25th to get the first noticable results. Thats one month. I am convinced that I should be able to see some results… I am visualizing it…. Hahahaha, seriously, I am going to SF and Tahoe and I’ll be meeting some of my friends and will have wear a bikini. Yup. It sucks, but that’s why they have boardshorts, however, I have been communicating with some people that I haven’t met before on MySpace.com and I am going to meet them (woohoo!, super exciting) for the first time and I want to look gooooood in jeans and NO HEELS. (I hate wearing heels, plus it’s EASY to look good in jeans and heels…). Things are so much easier in Winter, I mean, I wear snowboard pants, a cool jacket a beanie and supernice goggles and really, with this cover up, who doesn’t look cute??
Soooo as I am finishing this post… my wife (=roommate, but we live a very domesticated life with a baby and a house with a backyard, with her as the momma and me being the butch one, or the man… cuz I wear the pants she says sometimes) is cooking up some kick ass Brazilian food, with a calorie count of 1800+ soooo I’ll be all ALLI’d up once more…
I guess I’ll start tomorrow with my GAME PLAN.

Definitely don’t take up smoking again. If you were able to quit, why start? I really want to stop badly.
And I’ve seen what you look like before through aSW and Myspace. I can’t imagine you needing to lose weight. =+)
